The 360 Group is pleased to announce that Cheryl Montoya will be the new Director of Finance at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival –– one of the nation’s premier cultural institutions –– after an extensive national search. A longtime resident of Oregon, Cheryl is a dedicated and respected leader and strategic thinker with deep experience bringing people and organizations together to achieve common goals. She brings 20+ years of leading teams to success in all aspects of finance and accounting in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Additionally, Cheryl has broad experience in finance, accounting, technology and project management. She is mission-focused and values diversity as the foundation for strong, thriving organizations. Cheryl believes in driving results through collaboration, team-building and mentoring. Cheryl has a passionate for the arts, and has spent many years volunteering her time and providing resources to philanthropic organizations within her communities. We are thrilled that Cheryl will be joining the Festival, and confident that the powerful combination of her experience and passion will make her an exceptional addition to the management team.
