We are thrilled to announce that Angela Leung has joined Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy (GGNPC) as Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Angela is a seasoned marketing and communications executive with a proven track record of mobilizing teams, engaging stakeholders and advancing the brand and mission of organizations. Angela brings to the Conservancy a breadth of nonprofit, corporate and consulting experience from her roles at Cox Enterprises, Gap Inc., The Asia Foundation, Microsoft and Panna Strategies. Angela will serve as a key strategic partner on the Executive Team where she will oversee the creation a multi-year plan that promotes the Conservancy’s programs and services, enhances the Conservancy’s visibility and brand reputation, reaches a wide variety of important audiences, and drives donor support for the organization.
Returning to the Bay Area from some time in the Southeast, Angela is a self-proclaimed “super user” of Golden Gate National Parks where she regularly enjoys the parks (with her faithful pooch) and serves as a volunteer. Angela has a passion for open spaces and access to nature and a deeply rooted belief in conservation and community. We are excited to see Angela’s impact and to watch the next chapter of the Conservancy unfold.
