The 360 Group is excited to announce the appointment of Matt Perry as the new Senior Vice President for Human Resources at KFF. With over 20 years of experience leading human resources initiatives in various operational areas, Matt brings a strategic vision and commitment to building healthy, inclusive work cultures.
Matt Perry comes to KFF from his role as Vice President of People with Outlier.org, where he created their performance management, onboarding, and recruitment systems as well as established practices to foster an engaging remote-work culture. Prior to Outlier, Matt served as Chief People Officer for the Kapor Center, where he set strategic people operations agendas, led organizational culture initiatives, and oversaw all its HR functions. Matt has been committed to diversity and equity throughout his career, and has built inclusive workplaces in organizations ranging from public health to social justice to higher education.
In his new role at KFF, Matt Perry will lead all HR initiatives including recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relations and engagement, and workforce training. He will also oversee the organization’s inclusion, diversity, equity, and access efforts, ensuring KFF continues to foster a workplace where everyone feels valued and heard.
