Alyse is the Director of Knowledge Management and chief information officer for The 360 Group. In this capacity, she works on client service teams as well as overseeing all technology management, knowledge capture, and workflow design for the firm.
Alyse has dedicated her career to values-based, capacity-building work in both the private and nonprofit sectors, driven by a consistent interest in how good work gets done and how lean resources can be leveraged most effectively. At The 360 Group, she maintains a deep-rooted commitment to promoting excellence within the firm’s client partner organizations. As a consultant, she provides management counsel and workflow advice to client organizations at all stages of maturity, from startups to more established infrastructures.
Prior to joining the firm, Alyse held leadership positions in large and small organizations, notably serving as Investigations Manager for Amazon.com and as program manager for Bastyr University’s community medical clinic in Seattle. Drawing on her diverse set of skills and experiences, she develops business and operational strategy, structure, and practices for client organizations, empowering them to operate more effectively.
Originally from Arizona, Alyse spent several years living on the East Coast, now making her home in the Bay Area with her partner. As a firm believer in the value of lifelong learning, she complements her work at the firm with a variety of research and creative projects that inform not only her perspective on organizations, but also human nature. She holds a combined bachelor’s degree in interrelated media begun at Stanford University and completed at the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston.
