The 360 Group is proud to announce that Valerie Blain-Smith has joined the Bezos Earth Fund as its Chief People Officer.
Valerie is a seasoned human resource executive and visionary who is committed to putting in the work to evolve organizations in the right way. Valerie has led ventures to establish Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) functions, pay transparency, as well as implementing measures which led to thriving recruitment efforts of more than 1,500 qualified candidates annually during her 11-year tenure at World Wildlife Fund.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in multidisciplinary studies and a master’s degree in human resources management from Catholic University of America.
The Bezos Earth Fund partnered with the 360 Group to develop, recruit, and hire its leadership team as it embarks on its critical and timely work. The fund was established with the largest philanthropic commitment ever to fight climate change and protect nature — and it aims to harness the best of human ingenuity, adaptability, and collective action to create a future in which everyone can thrive.
