The 360 Group is happy to share some exciting news. Vanetta Abdellatif will soon become the President and CEO of Arcora Foundation, the giving arm of Delta Dental of Washington. Vanetta will succeed Diane Oakes who has become the Chief Mission Officer of Delta Dental of Washington.
Vanetta’s healthcare experience is both broad and deep. Most recently, Vanetta was the CEO of Community Health Centers for Multnomah County Health Department, which includes 18 health center locations and seven dental sites. She has served on numerous foundation boards locally and nationally including the Northwest Health Foundation and currently, at Pacific Source.
For the last 18 years, Arcora Foundation has contributed significantly to improving the oral health for underserved people in Washington state and gained a reputation nationally as a leader in the field of oral health. Arcora Foundation’s mission is to bend the arc of oral health toward equity. The Foundation uses a variety of approaches to accomplish its mission, making its work diverse and somewhat unique. Arcora Foundation is a hybrid of multiple fields: philanthropy, service organization, education, and policy advocacy.
Vanetta is excited to join the Arcora Foundation team and to build on the good work already underway. She will be relocating to Seattle in February and is eager to get to know the area and meet with staff, partners and stakeholders. We wish her the best of luck and are excited to watch Arcora’s work in improving oral health in underserved communities deepen and accelerate under Vanetta’s leadership.
